Wet gas tank of fertilizer plant

The wet gas tank is mainly composed of a vertical cylindrical water tank, one or more cylindrical tower sections, bell covers and guide devices. The bell jar is a cylindrical structure with an open bottom with an arch. Between the sink and the bell cover is a cylindrical movable tower section. The gas pipeline passes through the bottom plate of the water tank and the water in the water tank enters the bell jar to realize the gas input or discharge. The tower sections connected from top to bottom are connected and sealed with water sealing rings: when the gas is pressed to the gas tank, the bell bell rises, and its lower rings take water from the water tank; When the bell case rises to a certain height, the lower hanging ring of the bell case is connected with the upper hanging ring of the second tower section, and the vertical plate of the upper hanging ring of the second tower section is inserted into the water seal of the lower hanging ring of the bell case, and the second tower section is lifted, so the tower sections are lifted in sequence. When outputting gas, the action process of bell bell and tower section is opposite. The bell cover and tower section rely on the guide rail and guide wheel to ensure smooth lifting. According to the form of guide rail, it can be divided into two types, namely, straight-up type and spiral guide rail type.
