Gas holder maintenance

Before the installation of the dry gas holder, the number of bolt holes on the rubber membrane and the sealing profile steel and the spacing of bolt holes must be strictly checked, and the one-to-one correspondence must be ensured to prevent the installation of the sealing rubber membrane from twisting. First, locate the datum point on the sealing profile steel, and then use the plumb to determine the corresponding bolt holes on the lower sealing profile steel and rubber membrane, so as to divide the whole circumference into several areas, and install in the same direction during installation.
When lifting the dry gas holder, it is necessary to protect the rubber film from scratching and stabbing. The rubber film shall be bound with lifting belt, and the rubber film shall be packaged. The sharp parts of the components that may hang the rubber film during the lifting process shall be wrapped with sackcloth or other items.
