1 Piston punching and tilting
When the gas tank piston is at a high position and the gas tank air intake suddenly increases, it may cause the piston to hit the top, causing serious accidents such as damage to the piston truss and the top structure of the tank, piston tilt, damage to the sealing mechanism, and cracking of the side plate and column; Frequent changes in inlet and outlet directions or too fast piston speed in a short period of time can cause the gas tank piston to tilt. The piston tilt causes one side of the sealing mechanism to compress and the other side to stretch. The increase in the gap between the sliding plate at the stretching end and the side plate of the gas tank increases the amount of seal oil leakage, and in serious cases, the gas leakage piston falls to the bottom.
2. The temperature of gas entering the cabinet is too high
At present, the raw gas dedusting of new or rebuilt blast furnaces adopts dry bag dedusting. Compared with the wet method in the past, the temperature of the gas entering the tank is greatly increased. The gas storage temperature of the steel structure body of the gas tank is allowed to exceed 100 ℃, but the gas storage temperature of the thin oil sealed dry tank is generally designed as 50 ℃~70 ℃. The reason is that when the gas storage temperature exceeds about 70 ℃, the viscosity of the seal oil will be significantly reduced, and the oil pump will start frequently, In serious cases, the piston oil level will be significantly reduced, and finally the gas leakage accident will be caused. Temperature also has a great impact on the oxidation performance of seal oil. The higher the temperature, the stronger the molecular activity of seal oil, and the faster the oxidation speed of seal oil, thus accelerating the oil aging speed, shortening the oil change cycle, and increasing the operating cost. The oil aging also reduces the viscosity of the oil.
