Brief introduction of gas holder
The dry-type gas holder is composed of a base plate, a cylindrical cylinder (with a regular polygon or circular cross-section), the top of the tank and a piston moving up and down along the inner wall of the gas holder. The lower part of the piston is the air storage space, and the piston moves up and down with the amount of air storage. In order to prevent gas from escaping, a sealing device is set between the piston periphery and the inner wall of the gas tank. Counterweight can be set on the top surface of piston to meet the requirements of gas storage pressure.
Dry gas holders can be divided into three categories according to different sealing methods: oil sealed gas holders (also known as Mann type dry gas holders); Grease sealed gas holder (also known as Kelong dry gas holder); Flexible membrane sealed gas holder (also known as Wiggins dry gas holder).
Oil-sealed gas tank
The cross section of the cylinder body and piston of the oil-sealed gas holder is a regular polygon, and the corner of the polygon is equipped with I-shaped columns. The wall plate, top plate and piston bottom plate are composed of grooved members pressed by 5-6mm thick steel plates, which have certain bending strength and rigidity. The upper part of the piston is arranged in a radial shape. The upper and lower ends of the truss are equipped with guide wheels. When the piston rises and falls, the guide wheels slide along the column. A circular walkway is set every 15 meters along the outside of the tank. The sealing mechanism is composed of an oil groove and a sliding plate on the periphery of the piston. The oil groove is filled with mineral oil to seal the gas under the piston. The gap of the sliding part is filled with oil. The oil lost through the gap is replenished from the top and recycled.
