1. When installing bolt holes on the corrected sealing surface batten, due to prefabrication errors, a small part of the bolt holes on the angle steel sealing surface do not match the batten. After long-term operation, the pressure aging deformation loses the compensation force, resulting in the leakage of the double-membrane gas tank. At this time, the batten should be replaced to correspond to the angle steel bolt hole and the corneal bolt hole, so as to avoid the obstinacy and bolt deflection when tightening a single bolt.
2. Level the angle steel at the connection between the angle steel sealing surface and the outer sealing film, and control the flatness of the angle steel sealing surface to about 0.5mm.
3. Retighten the rubber membrane fastening bolts and corrugated plate fastening bolts of the gas holder to prevent them from loosening and falling off.
4. Adhesive film can reduce aging cracks. First prepare suitable rubber with the same material as the original film, then polish the part to be repaired and apply glue. After evenly applying the glue, apply and press the prepared glue, and wait for about 4 hours before it can run.
