榆树Preparations before gas holder replacement (I)

(1) Establish a leading group for replacement work, clarify the specific division of labor and assume their responsibilities;
(2) Determine the replacement plan, formulate implementation rules and specific measures, and print them into a document for implementation;
(3) The gas holder shall be subject to rapid lifting and air-tightness test, and all valves, flanges, welds and other equipment connected to the gas holder and joints shall be carefully inspected, and any leakage shall be handled;
(4) The measured grounding resistance of the gas holder shall not be greater than 4 Ω;
(5) Before replacement, the spherical tank and gas transmission pipeline shall be carefully purged with air with a flow rate of not less than 20 m/s to thoroughly remove the metal residues and other objects left inside.
(6) Add 80mm high water and 70 tons of sealing oil (about 310mm high) to the bottom oil sump, and the total liquid level is about 390mm high;
(7) Prepare the circulating oil pump and oil tank at the bottom of the tank for use;
(8) Open the middle valve of the oil-water separator to let the seal oil flow into the oil-water separator. After the oil level in the oil chamber of the separator is higher than the oil outlet, start the oil pump and pump the oil to the oil storage chamber of the standby oil tank. At this time, the opening of the center valve should be adjusted to keep the oil level of the oil-water separator stable;
(9) When the oil storage in the standby oil tank is full, the two valves between the standby oil tanks should be opened and the two valves on the outside should be closed, so that the sealing oil flows through the oil distribution tank and into the piston sealing oil tank along the tank wall;
(10) After the standby oil tank is full, the operating state of the oil pump shall be switched from "manual" to "automatic";
(11) Fully open the middle valve of the oil-water separator. When the oil level in the piston oil tank reaches more than 450mm, the oil system enters the normal circulation state;
(12) Install U-type pressure gauge or pressure gauge and corresponding sampling device at the vent pipe, keep the personnel on standby and keep relevant records at any time;
(13) Connect the temporary pipes and equipment required for the replacement work, such as the gas filling pipe, exhaust pipe, air compressor, etc., and make preparations for all other relevant safety precautions.
