Installation of wet gas holder

Gas holder refers to a container for storing low pressure gas. It is used to alleviate the imbalance between gas supply and consumption. There are wet type and dry type. The spiral gas holder is a wet gas holder that is widely used. It is composed of water tank, bell housing, tower section, water seal, guide rail, platform, top frame, top plate and gas inlet and outlet pipeline. According to the amount of gas in the cabinet, the guide rail on the wall plate and the guide wheel installed on the platform make relative movement to make the tower section rotate up or down, and change the gas storage volume of the gas cabinet within a certain range. The dry-type gas storage tank is similar to the internal floating roof oil tank in structure. Because the piston (equivalent to the floating roof) and the wall of the tank require both flexible relative sliding and excellent sealing performance, it has high requirements for the construction quality of the tank body, piston and other components, and has been less used. The volume of gas storage tank has reached 340000 m3. The gas holder works under low pressure, with less gas storage per unit volume and low gas storage efficiency. Spherical tanks and horizontal tanks with high pressure resistance can store gas under medium pressure, and tube bundles composed of steel pipes can store high-pressure gas, thus improving gas storage efficiency.
