东港Briefly introduce the quota of manufacture and installation of gas holder

（1） The quota structure and scope of application are the production and installation quota of low pressure wet vertical gas storage tank, and the production and installation quota of low pressure wet spiral gas storage tank. Water filling, air tightness and fast lifting test quota of low pressure wet gas holder. It is composed of five parts, namely, the production quota of simmer bending mould for spiral gasometer track and the production quota of simmer bending mould for gasometer profile steel. The quota is applicable to the production and installation of low pressure wet vertical gas storage tank and low pressure wet spiral gas storage tank. It is not applicable to the production and installation of dry gas holder.
（2） Rules for calculation of quantities 1. The quantities of gas holder fabrication and installation shall be calculated according to the geometric dimensions shown in the design layout drawing (if there is no layout drawing in the design, the approved blanking layout drawing can be produced). The unit of measurement is "ton". Fabrication and installation of ladders, platforms, railings and counterweight blocks attached to the gas tank. It shall be calculated separately. 2. Production and installation of low pressure wet vertical lift gas holder and low pressure wet spiral gas holder. Including track weight. The unit of measurement is "ton". The weight of the hole and the chamfer area is not deducted. 3. The manufacturing and processing of guide wheel, flange and special bolt of gas holder shall be calculated separately. 4. The profile steel and rail simmer bending mould of the gas holder shall be manufactured according to different capacities. The unit of measurement shall be "set". 5. The water filling, air tightness and lifting test of the gas tank shall be based on different capacities. The unit of measurement shall be "set"
