What is the difference between dry gas holder and wet gas holder?

Wet gas holder:
1. It consumes a lot of water. Generally, the volume of the water storage tank is about 1/4 to 1/3 of the total volume of the gas tank. For example, a 5000m3 gas tank needs 2000 tons of water storage. It needs regular water replenishment during routine maintenance. When the water quality is poor, it needs a large amount of water replacement. It needs to be fully drained and then refilled during overhaul. In winter, the north also needs antifreeze and energy consumption.
2. Maintenance is difficult and there are many problems. The low pressure gas in the refinery contains a certain proportion of hydrogen sulfide and other gases. The cabinet body is easy to rust, and the maintenance cost is high. In addition, it is difficult to inspect the inside of the gas cabinet. Once the anticorrosive paint falls off, it is easy to corrode and perforate. If hot work is required, the process treatment is extremely troublesome, time-consuming (at least one month), and consumption is large (nitrogen treatment, and even need to drain all the water).
3. The service life is short, usually 10 years - roundness deformation is fatal and cannot be maintained at all.
Dry gas holder:
Compared with wet gas holder, dry gas holder has the following advantages:
