Necessity of timely maintenance of gas tank (I)

The maintenance of equipment is divided into preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance: preventive maintenance refers to scheduled and regular equipment maintenance and parts replacement, usually including maintenance, regular use inspection, regular function testing, regular disassembly and repair, regular replacement and other types; Predictive maintenance is to collect data and signals, analyze and judge the deterioration trend, fault location and cause of equipment, predict the change and development, propose preventive measures, and prevent and control the occurrence of possible faults by using various means and human feelings.
The sealing of the gas holder is carried out by using the balance of the air pressure and the flow under the sealing oil is controlled by the sliding plate. The oil level of piston oil groove and bottom oil groove is maintained through the circulation of seal oil, so that the gas tank can operate stably.
Problems and causes of gas holder sealing:
(1) The sealing system is damaged and leaked, and the system is stable. With the serious damage of the sealing system, the oil leakage increases, and the working time of the oil pump is extended, especially in summer, when the temperature is high, the oil pumps in the two oil pump houses operate continuously for 3 to 4 hours, with the maximum time of 12 hours, and the pump shutdown time is very short. In summer, each oil pump operates for 14h/day on average; In winter, the average operation time of each oil pump is 8h/day, which is far greater than the regulation of less than or equal to 4h/day. Close to the gas tank, you can vaguely hear the "ding dong" sound of oil leakage. When the gas tank piston is walking all the way, standing on the piston, it can be observed that some parts of the side wall of the gas tank are as smooth as mirrors, and some parts deposit more oil sludge, which indicates that the sliding plate of the gas tank piston is not consistent with the compression degree of the side wall of the gas tank, and the deformation of the side wall steel plate causes unevenness, resulting in large leakage at many places in the piston stroke.
