The key part of the dry gas holder is the piston sealing device. Because the gas is flammable, explosive and toxic, the reliable operation of the thin oil sealing system is related to the safe handling of the gas in the gas holder, the safety of operators, and the environmental pollution caused by the deteriorated sealing oil.
(1) The piston oil groove sealing device is subject to standardized construction by professional technical personnel, especially the sealing treatment of sliding plate and column, corner sliding plate, to ensure the construction quality.
(2) Adjust and update the sealing mechanism elements. After stopping production for maintenance, it was found that more than 200 of the more than 500 compression springs on some sliding plates were stuck and the spring sleeve did not move; Some bolts originally welded on the sliding plate and piston to fix the spring were broken, and more than 20 springs fell off, resulting in an increase in the clearance between the sliding plate and the side wall; Most of the canvas has a large number of holes or small holes due to corrosion, wear and other reasons. The sealing oil falls onto the bottom plate of the cabinet with the gas, and the oil loss is large as the condensate is discharged. Through the analysis of the damaged components, in order to ensure the reconstruction quality, the damaged bolts are repaired, all the compression springs, spring sleeves and canvas are replaced, and the spring pressure is adjusted to ensure that the clearance between the sliding plate and the side wall meets the requirements. The local side plate of the gas holder is leveled, and the slide plate is replaced by the original hot-rolled steel plate by the cold-rolled steel plate to improve the elasticity and reduce the gap between the side plate and the slide plate.
