The structure of low pressure wet spiral gas tank is composed of water tank, tower section, bell guard, guide rail, platform, roof, roof, inlet and outlet pipe, etc. The gas holder body is welded by steel plate. Vertical gas tank is equipped with column guide rail, and each tower section rotates slowly due to the sliding of the inclined guide rail on the side and the guide wheel on the adjacent tower section, such as sleeve structure. The spiral low pressure wet gas holder rises and falls along the spiral guide rail. Compared with the vertical low pressure wet gas holder, it can save 15% - 30% of steel, but it cannot withstand strong wind pressure, so it should not be used in areas with high wind speed.
(3) Low pressure dry gas holder. Low-pressure dry gas holder, like low-pressure wet gas holder, is a low-pressure gas storage device. The pressure is basically stable, and the gas storage volume can change to a certain extent.
Working principle of gas holder: its working principle is very simple. The gap between the bell case and the cabinet wall is sealed by water, the bell case moves up and down by the pressure change of the medium in the cabinet, and the pressure of the medium in the wet cabinet is adjusted by the number of balance blocks on the bell case.
