(7) The sealing device is the key part of sealing gas, which should be installed after the cabinet structure is installed and no welding and gas cutting operations are carried out. The installation sequence is as follows: slide plate assembly, canvas assembly, corner assembly, oil ditch assembly, isolation device assembly, 277 linyi inspection and oil injection.
(8) The piston running test is carried out after the installation and commissioning of the cabinet and sealing device, mainly for the comprehensive assessment of piston tilt, sealing oil system, guide wheel, sealing device, etc.
(9) The walking test is divided into two types: slow speed (generally 1~2 m/rai'n) is used for the full travel rise or fall test, and then the fast fall test is conducted.
