Gas holder is a storage device for gas and mixed gas. It is used to adjust the uneven gas supply load. The gas holder is actually a gas holder, which can be divided into low pressure gas holder and high pressure gas holder according to the gas pressure.
The low pressure gas storage cabinets are classified into two types according to the sealing method: wet type and dry type, and the wet type includes vertical type and spiral type; The dry-type gas holder uses the elastic gasket and oil seal filling method to maintain the seal, which is rarely used at present. High-pressure gas tank is usually referred to as high-pressure gas storage tank. There are cylindrical (vertical or horizontal) and spherical.
For the dry-type cabinet, the most important thing is sealing, that is, how to prevent air leakage between the fixed outer cylinder and the piston moving up and down. At present, three types of cabinets are actually used: MAN, KLONNE and WINGINS. The difference lies in the different sealing methods. Therefore, in the technical management of dry-type cabinet, the management of its sealing mechanism and sealing medium is the most important, and the several issues we need to pay attention to here are also around this center.
（1） Piston sealing mechanism
The piston sealing mechanism is composed of spring sealing device, compartment sealing device, canvas sealing and suspension device, sliding plate traction device and piston oil groove drainage device, forming an elastic slip ring. Its function is to lean the main canvas and the log top in the sealed oil tank around the piston against the sliding plate and keep a small gap between the sliding plate and the side plate of the cabinet body to form a sealing oil film. The sealing oil in the oil tank should be 1.3-2 times of the gas pressure in the cabinet.
