The sealing system of dry gas holder is composed of piston, rubber membrane, sealing connecting member, side plate and bottom plate. The sealing system is the core part of the gas holder device. The installation quality of the sealing system directly determines the long-term, safe and stable operation of the gas holder. The installation and construction of this link should be controlled.
(1) The prefabrication quality of sealing components such as sealing angle steel and sealing channel steel shall be well controlled for the dry gas holder. The formwork shall be tested before prefabrication, and the formwork shall be used at all times during prefabrication; When prefabricating bolt holes on sealing components, the template shall be fixed on the components before drilling.
(2) Considering the fact that the actual delivery form of rubber membrane is cylindrical side type, and the installation form should be round table side type, the part of the lower end of rubber membrane that is longer than the sealing channel steel should be evenly divided into each bolt spacing in advance.
(3) Before the installation of the dry gas holder, the number of bolt holes on the rubber membrane and the sealing profile steel and the spacing of bolt holes must be strictly checked, and the one-to-one correspondence must be ensured to prevent the installation of the sealing rubber membrane from twisting. First, locate the datum point on the sealing profile steel, and then use the plumb to determine the corresponding bolt holes on the lower sealing profile steel and rubber membrane, so as to divide the whole circumference into several areas, and install in the same direction during installation.
(4) When lifting the dry gas holder, it is necessary to protect the rubber film from scratching and stabbing. The rubber film shall be bound with lifting belt, and the rubber film shall be packaged. The sharp parts of the components that may hang the rubber film during the lifting process shall be wrapped with sackcloth or other items.
(5) All accessories on the piston cannot be installed before installing the rubber film on the dry gas holder, and ensure that the burrs and edges on the piston, piston bracket and the rubber film above the piston can be polished. A layer of waterproof cloth should be laid on the piston to avoid damaging the rubber film when expanding and lifting the rubber film.
(6) When installing the bolts on the sealing components of the dry-type gas holder, use the torque handle, and use the same force each time, so that all bolts maintain the same degree of tightness, and ensure that the rubber film is evenly stressed.
