Gasholder is a steel container for storing industrial and civil gas, including wet gasholder and dry gasholder. The wet gas holder is a sleeved cylindrical structure sealed with water; The dry gas holder is a piston type structure sealed with thin (dry) oil or flexible film. The bell cover, tower and piston of the gas holder are of movable structure, which can withstand gas pressure and ensure good sealing performance, and its installation accuracy is required to be high. The gas holder body is made of carbon steel and low alloy steel. The site connection methods include riveting, welding and high-strength bolt connection. Welding generally adopts manual welding and CO2 gas shielded welding. The cabinet top truss and the cabinet top plate are usually installed with the help of the set central platform.

Installation of wet gas holder There are two types of wet gas holder: spiral lifting type and vertical lifting type. The capacity in the cabinet ranges from thousands of cubic meters to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters, and the gas pressure is usually 0.0012~0.004MPa. The bell cover and the outside of the tower section of the spiral lift gasholder are equipped with inclined rails and guide wheels. When the gas enters or exits, the bell cover and each tower section rise or fall in a spiral shape along the inclined guide rail. The vertical lift type gasholder body is provided with columns and guide rails in the circumferential direction, and the bell cover and each tower section are provided with guide wheels. When the gas enters or exits, the guide wheel rises or falls along the guide rail. A water seal device is formed between the tower sections to seal the gas after inflation to prevent gas leakage. Figure 1 Schematic diagram of vertical lifting low-pressure wet gas holder The structure of wet gas holder is mainly composed of gas inlet and outlet pipe, bottom plate, water tank, tower body, bell housing, guide device, roller, counterweight, etc. The installation sequence of the cabinet structure is as follows: foundation measurement - bottom plate laying - water tank pillar - water seal water column height plate assembly - water tank water injection foundation settlement test - installation of a bell cover for each tower section - installation of inlet and outlet pipes, rollers, counterweight and other accessories - lifting test - air tightness test - coating. During the foundation survey, the diameter, orientation and pillar of the cabinet shall be positioned according to the design. Lay the base plate according to the positioning axis, and control the overlapping size.
